Integrated psychotherapy is NOT a one size-fits-all approach. Instead, different therapeutic tools are tailored to suit the needs of individual clients.
Therapies at my disposal include psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioural techniques, humanistic and creative therapies.
I have a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which has been scientifically proven to be effective and which is widely used in the NHS. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when appropriate.
Mind/body techniques include breath-work, mindfulness, positive visualisations and guided meditations.
